FullShop™ Gen 3* · Client Overview
168 Manufacturing Coolant Tending Simplified
Automated Coolant Management

Your CNCs should not wait for coolant.

Stop managing coolant one bucket at a time.

FullShop™ Gen 3* automatically keeps CNC sumps filled and helps drive each machine toward its own target concentration.

The hidden coolant problem

Every sump is different. One fixed mix is not.

Manual top-off usually treats every machine the same—even though evaporation, carry-off, sump volume and production conditions are different.

1
People become the control systemOperators notice, mix, carry, fill and record—when production allows.
2
Concentration driftsThe same top-off ratio affects partially full sumps differently.
3
Low-level events interrupt machiningEspecially during unattended nights, weekends and busy shifts.
Same 2% top-off. Each sump starts at 10% concentration.
Green shows three different starting volumes. All three are manually filled to the same stop level. Click the tanks to replay.
Starts at 10% Ends at 3.9% Ends at 6.2% Ends at 8.2%
Machine A
Starts 24% full
Ends at 3.9%
Same stop level
Machine B
Starts 53% full
Ends at 6.2%
Machine C
Starts 78% full
Ends at 8.2%
Each sump reaches the same final level, 3.9% ends far lean, 6.2% still misses, and 8.2% comes closer but still lands below target.
Simple by design

Four pieces. One closed loop.

FullShop separates sensing, dosing, local mixing and refract submission so the system stays precise, expandable and simple to explain to plant personnel.

1
Sense at the CNCThe Sensor Valve Interface monitors level and temperature and controls the machine’s fill valve.
2
Dose at the DFUOne Digital Feed Unit monitors water flow and meters concentrate at the rate selected by the FullShop App.
3
Mix near the machineShared water and concentrate lines feed a compact inline manifold at each CNC.
4
Submit refract in the appA few refractometer readings entered in the FullShop App close the loop and automatically correct future top-off strategy.
Shared plant plumbing. One digital dosing hub. One compact device at each CNC. Refract submission closes the loop. Easy to explain. Easy to expand.

FullShop Sensor Valve Interface
At each CNC

SVI

Monitors sump level and temperature and operates the fill valve at the machine.

FullShop Digital Feed Unit
At the system core

DFU

Monitors water flow and meters concentrate so the right top-off ratio is produced on demand.

Mix Manifold

Combines water and concentrate locally so each CNC receives the top-off it needs.

Refract Submission

Operators enter a few refractometer readings, and FullShop automatically adjusts future top-off strategy.

How Gen 3 works in the shop

One DFU. Shared lines. One machine at a time.

The DFU fills one CNC at a time. Water and concentrate lines from DFU feed compact manifolds near each machine, allowing FullShop to deliver a different top-off ratio to each sump without a pump package at every machine.

The core Gen 3 ideaEvery machine can share the same utility backbone, yet each sump can receive its own top-off concentration when it is its turn to fill.

Practical concentration control

A few readings. Automatic correction.

FullShop combines human verification with automated top-off control instead of depending on a fragile “set it and forget it” mixer.

The business outcome

Make coolant tending quiet and predictable.

The goal is not more dashboards. The goal is fewer interruptions, less manual tending and more consistent coolant conditions across the shop.

↗
Protect spindle timeReduce low-level interruptions during staffed and unattended production.
◎
Improve consistencyManage each machine toward its own level and concentration targets.
⌁
Return labor to productionMove skilled people away from routine bucket filling and record keeping.
+
Scale without redesignAdd Sensor Valve Interfaces as more CNCs come under management.

Not just hardware.

A comprehensive service designed to launch, support and improve the system over the life of the subscription.

The simplest ROI test

Manual coolant tending cannot compete with about $1 per CNC per day.

Choose your shop size and schedule. The calculator starts with a conservative manual top-off and counts no tooling, coolant or uptime savings.

The manual bucket routine consumes
16.7skilled hours every week
That is time already being paid for—before a low sump, bad mix, spill, cleanup problem or missed unattended run makes it worse.
Manual routine value$583 / week$30,333 per year
vs.
FullShop subscription$134 / week$6,960 per year
Manual costs $449 more every week. The manual routine is 4.4× the subscription—and this model still gives no credit for coolant, tooling or uptime improvements.
The advantage repeats after startup.Year 1 absorbs startup; years 2–10 keep producing.
Year 1 · startup included+$16,388Startup recovered in about 3.6 months.
Year 2 and every year after+$23,373 / yrThe operating advantage repeats without buying the system again.
10-year cumulative advantage+$226,748Before tooling, coolant and uptime savings.
Transparent method: CNCs × shifts/week × top-offs/shift × minutes/top-off × 52 × loaded skilled-time value. Current published Gen 3 pricing sets subscription cost. Year 1 subtracts startup and entered installation cost.
